Dear team

On monday 6 June OCAM2 will start, and given the short week which
is ahead of us it's very important to focus on the highest
priority matters to be done befor Thursday this week; here
they are:

- finalize the preparation of the standards fields:
----- confirm pointings + offsets and choice of guide stars
----- confirm that the used integration times are OK for ALL bands,
u,g,r,i,z, B, V;
----- put in folder (John and Gijs)
----- focus on SA107, but prepare for two more

- demo the two health checks on data taken in COM1B (Ewout) and hand
over to John for implementation on Paranal- Edwin also at demo

- prepare an overall schedule (note the moon, 2 full dark nights in
the beginning and moony half nights later)) for OCAM2 observing
(John leading this, with help of Gijs, Edwin)

- derive set of overall zero points and compare with ETC (our and/or
ESO) ; put in doc (Gijs)

- deliver a draft report with some first results to ESO on wednesday
(Ewout +Edwin); insert the results in the doc as discussed last
friday, and replace the long list of sections at the end by simple
table (Ewout)

- make the simple histograms ESO is asking for and deliver on
wednesday (Gert)

- produce a nice high resolution RGB of a Hercules field, to be used
for the NL press release around 8 June (Jeffrey)

- input to NL press release (Edwin)

Note, we know enough for the moment on flats and straylight, so this
is not highest priority for now.

If I have overlooked some important things, please add them to this
list before monday morning.

see you
