[Issues] Configuration files in Env['baseconf_dir'] should go to opipe/astro

Danny,

It might be a good idea to incorporate these configuration files in 
python scripts so that they can be generated by simply executing a 
python script. This simplifies things a lot since with distributed 
processing we ship only the python code en NOT the non-python sources.
Before running say sextractor one would run

from astro.config.SexConfig import make sexconfigfiles

sexconfigfiles()
