[Issues] EPOCH info in FITS headers

L.S.

Together with Ewout I discovered that none of the AW FITS headers
contains information about the epoch of the coordinate system (WCS).
This causes problems with sextractor and so also with SourceLists. If
sextractor does not find the epoch information, it uses the DATE-OBS
value (if present) for that which is clearly not what we want since all
our AW FITS files (except maybe the FITS files which contain the raw
data) are in J2000 WCS.
I just implemented a kludge in SourceList.make to overcome this problem
but evidently the best solution is to add epoch information to the AW
FITS files.
