[Issues] TargetProcessor: graphical select problem

Hi All,

when I try to create a PhotSrcCatalog object via the 'graphical select' I get 
the error message

"Error serving page /ProcessGraphDetail, exception local 
variable 'creation_date' referenced before assignment"

after clicking on one of the colored blocks in the window that's 
titled "ProcessGraph". The error message is shown in a separate window.

As far as I can see this error occurs only of there are already some processed 
data shown in the ProcessGraph window. It works fine if there are only raw 
data (ReducedScienceFrames in this case).
