[Issues] TargetProcessor: graphical select problem

Hi Willem-Jan,

I am trying to get familiar with the Target Processor. At the moment I am 
going through the various steps in the image/photometric pipeline and am 
trying to create the objects using the Target Processor.

I am using our WFI tutorial data in mydb. My starting point is 
AstrometricParameters. Everything up to and including Astrometry has been 
done. I now want to use the Target Processor to create PhotSrcCatalogs. This 
is what I am doing:

o) On the main page I set Processing and Querying to 'image pipeline'
o) Target: PhotSrcCat 
o) Filter: #843
o) Chips: all chips

o) then I click on the 'graphical select' link 
o) --> I get a 'Process Graph' window
o) I select year (2004) and date (10), then click on 'Show'
o) raw data blocks are shown for three days (2,9,10 October), as expected
  (no PhotSrcCatalogs exist so far)
o) I click on the raw data block for 2-Oct 
o) --> I get a 'Process Graph Details' window
o) In the 'Process Graph Details' window I click the Process button
o) --> I get a 'Submit Jobs' window
o) I click on 'Submit'
o) the window title changes to 'Process Jobs'
o) I wait until the job is finished, then I close the 'Process Jobs' window

o) On the main page I click on the 'graphical select' link again
o) --> I get a 'Process Graph' window
o) I select year (2004) and date (10), then click on 'Show'
o) a processed data block is shown for 2-Oct, and raw data blocks are 
   shown for 9 and 10 October, as expected
o) I click on the raw data block for 9-Oct
o) A window opens and displays the error message
   "Error serving page /ProcessGraphDetail, exception local
    variable 'creation_date' referenced before assignment"
