[Issues] (DB-)Recipes confusing

Hi Ewout,

This might be covered by action item 01 that Ronald is working on.  It
needs to be discussed, however.  For now, the recipes to use are implied
from the CoaddTask HOW-TO:

There are links to the ReduceTask and ScienceTask HOW-TOs which give a 
broader overview.
