[Issues] LDAC broken on AMD64

Hi all,

the default build of LDAC seems to be broken on 64 bit linux
installations. This explains the preastrom fails mail I sent
recently. By default LDAC is compiled without an INT64 define. This
causes e.g. ldacconv to mess up the conversion of floats in the
header (astrometry, airmass etc.). Adding a -DINT64 under lib/Linux/
Makefile. A more permanent solution would probably be to create a
different configuration for 64bit Linux implementations.

Cheers,

Jan
