[Issues] CVS code issues: Astrometry problem caused by context switching

We just found that the problem of not finding reduced science frames on the
dpu side is caused by switching the context on the client side.

If we start awe by specifying the project ("project=AWHVAITH awe") things are
fine. If we instead start up with the default context (TUT01 in my case) and
then switch to the desired context ("context.set_project('AWHVAITH')"), the
query for reduced science frames still works as expected. However, when we
pass a list of reduced science frame file names to the call of the dpu
(dpu.run('Astrometry',i='WFI',red_filenames=fnlist)), then we get (for
example) this error:

AstrometricParametersTask ERROR: query failed to find a ReducedScienceFrame
with filename
Sci-HVAITH-WFI-------#846-ccd56-Red---Sci-54021.4245406-7b7c7d4398892e7dbe4a5d5db589c76ca8a3c84f.fits
(the frame may be flagged as invalid)
