[Issues] setting satellite map process parameters

Hi Hans,

You are correct; this is a known problem. As a workaround you can change
the default value of that parameter in the SatelliteMap code. The
situation with ReducedScienceFrame is non-standard compared to most of
the other classes/calibration files, which is why the problem exists.
I'm not sure when we have time to work on this, but it is duly noted.
