[Issues] GAstromTask ERROR: [Errno 36] File name too long:

Hi Philippe,

The residuals catalog for both AstrometricParameters and GAstrometric now
have a name created, not from the ReducedScienceFrame and gasslist_name
(concatenation of all OBJECT names from input frames), but from a
CanonicalName. This change has been committed in the current opipe only
(not AWBASE). This eliminates the problem of this issue.

Cheers,

-=John

p.s. The long OBJECT name of the CoaddedRegriddedFrame will take a little
more work as it requires a more complex solution.
