Hallo John,

Yes, there is a reason for the occasional perceived sluggishness and it's
known to be a user who is eagerly trying to meet a deadline.
Because it's hard for the general user to distinguish between this expected
behaviour and unrelated unexpected behaviour I still encourage everyone to
inform me whenever there is the suspicion that the database is performing
suboptimally in any way. This includes behaviour of webservices that might
be related.
