[Issues] Groningen database unplanned downtime - finish

Dear Astro-Wiser,

Today, Monday, July 14th, the hardware supplier has been very busy
dissecting and reconstructing one of the storage nodes for the Groningen
database. After many hours it is my pleasure to announce that the repair
was successful and the database and webservices are operational again.
Since this was a serious hardware error let us know if you experience any
erroneous behaviour.
