[Issues] Groningen database maintenance finished.

Dear Astro-Wiser,

The Groningen database is up and running again.
Only part of the storage controllers could be replaced which means that
additional downtime is scheduled in the near future. The following days are
reserved for maintenance activities requiring planned downtime. Please note
these in your agenda and try not to plan anything database or webservice
related on these days.
