[Issues] Groningen data storage issues - update

Dear Astro-Wiser,

The action yesterday to restore complete functionality to the filesystem
used by the Groningen dataserver appears to have been successful. Despite
this appearance, the experts are still studying the logfiles.
Before we can return to the normal situation we have to continue in
survival mode for a while during which you are allowed to continue
processing. However, there is the possibility that the filesystem has to be
unmounted again on short notice before the final approval by the experts
will be given.
