[Issues] Groningen data storage issues

Dear Astro-Wiser,

As you may have noticed there are some problems with the filesystem of the
Groningen dataservers. Consequently, storing files is not possible and the
DPU is not available. Retrieving files is only possible if you are lucky
enough to access a certain subset of all files that were not created
recently.
The cause for the problems has been found to be one of the two flasharrays
containing internal metadata for the filesystem, despite their redundancy.
An exact time when the problems will have been solved has not been given,
but it is assumed to be later today.
