[Issues] Groningen data storage issues - update

Dear Astro-Wiser,

Contrary to earlier expectations of the experts, little progress has been
made with respect to the replacement hardware and the analysis of the
problems that occur when mounting the filesystem.
Given the current information, any prediction when the filesystem will
become available again has an error margin of at least one week.

Until further notice some files might occasionally appear retrievable, but
that should not be taken as a sign that the filesystem is available again.
