[Issues] Astro-Wise database not available

Dear Astro-Wiser,

Due to a failure of one of the database nodes the Astro-Wise database is
currently not available.
Because the system is sufficiently redundant to cope with with node
failure, other hardware might also have failed.
The situation is under investigation.
