[Issues] Groningen data- and web-servers down - UPDATE

Dear Astro-Wiser,

The Groningen database is available in read-only mode as of now and the
recommended way to access it from the command-line is

   env database_name=
db-survival.astro.rug.astro-wise.org/db.astro.rug.astro-wise.org awe

Alternatively, you can change the `database_name' in the usual locations.
Please take note of the following peculiarities

- It could that the hostname of the survival database is not yet known by
your nameserver, in which case you'll have to wait a bit.
- The AWBASE version of the Astro-Wise database is known to work, every
other version of the code may need read-write access to the database.
- The performance will be less than what you expect.
- The dpu will work, but remember that the survival database will be in a
read-only state.
- The webservices will work, but  remember that the survival database will
be in a read-only state.
