[Issues] Groningen dataservers and coadddpu available again

Dear Astro-Wisers,

The dataservers and coadddpu are available again after the cause of the
problems with one of the fibre channel switches of the filesystem of the
Groningen dataservers had been identified and the issue had been resolved.
As a result the continuous performance of the filesystem should be back to
normal.
