[Issues] Groningen Peregrine cluster issues

Hi everyone,

The Peregrine cluster is experiencing issues at the moment, below is the
message from the CIT:

Dear Peregrine users,

Unfortunately /data is not usable at the moment. Files and directories
cannot be created or removed. In order to fix this we have to unmount
the file system and perform the required repairs.
This means that currently Peregrine is not available and running jobs
will be lost.
We will keep you informed about the situation.
