[Issues] Peregrine up again

Dear users,

Peregrine is open for business! It took lots of effort yesterday and 
today to recover the scratch volume, but it's now stable and we just 
opened the scheduler/jobs in queue are running. All is fine.

The cause of the recent crashes of our storage is still unknown. Could 
be a software bug and/or overloading of the system. Also we need to work 
on better recovery procedures to speed things up to minimize downtime.

Our sincere apologies, but also proud that all is okay again. Let's keep 
it up!
