[Issues] dpu on hpc and coadddpu on target

Since we are phasing out the target machines and will continue our services
on the new dh
(data handling) machines at the RUG, I will close dpu.hpc.rug.astro-wise.org
and
coadddpu.astro.target.astro-wise.org on December 27, 2018. When all the
running jobs
have completed I will migrate them to the new dpu servers on the dh nodes.
This will take some time, al least until all the queued jobs have
completed. Then I will migrate the
afore mentioned dpus and modify our proxy server! This will take about 3-4
hours.
After that, some testing is required (1-2 hours) and then the dpus can be
used again.
Note that the coadddpu will change its name into
coadddpu.astro.dh.astro-wise.org, but an alias will be alive until February
1, 2019!

If you have severe problems with this, please mail me a.s.a.p. and we might
be able to change this schedule, but we have to migrate before January 1,
2019!
