[Issues] Groningen database down

An update on the situation...

- The Astro-WISE astro database runs on old hardware (Target project /
gpfs filesystem). The controller for that filesystem broke down.
- A read-only copy of the database has been restored and is temporarily
running on the CIT's ESX system.
- New database hardware is available and we have been considering moving
the database there.
- The process to restore the database on the new hardware was started
yesterday evening.
