[Issues] Groningen HPC maintenance - 25 and 26 november

The Groningen HPC will not be available on 25 and 26 november because of
regular maintenance.

On November 25th & 26th we have planned our regular maintenance round for
the Peregrine cluster. During this maintenance window we will perform
software and firmware updates on the whole cluster.

This means that the Peregrine cluster will be unavailable during those
days, and that jobs that may not finish before that day will not be
started. These jobs will stay in the scheduler with status:
"ReqNodeNotAvail, Reserved for maintenance".
