[Issues] Peregrine downtime

Dear Astro-wisers,

We finally managed to get the dpu running again, the dataservers don't
seem to have a problem.

Suddenly the hpc has got a new operating system, (skipping versions)
and we had to reinstall a lot of software.

But we just got a testjob finishing correctly so we consider it
"WORKING". If you experience otherwise,
please let us know asap.

Don't expect us to react on your complaints this evening already,
since it's too hot to do anything now!
