Recently a bug was discovered in the software to Associate SourceLists.
Sometimes, close matches were not found. This happened when there were
more neighbouring trixels within the search distance than the maximum
number allowed.
The solution to this problem is that we now calculate the overlapping 
trixels
in the cone with radius equal to the search distance. This only requires a
change of python code. This code has been committed.

So if you found that sometimes you missed some associations it could be
wise to run AssociateList.make again to find out if this was caused by
the weird trixel shapes.
