[News] Removed "parallel" directory from CVS

Dear Astro-WISE users,

We have removed the "opipe/parallel" directory from CVS since it is no 
longer used. Please remove this directory in your local checkout(s) and 
any leftover .pyc files along with it. When you use the -P option 
("prune empty directories") when updating (i.e. cvs update -P) it should 
then no longer appear in your checkout.
