The cvs server has been moved to the new machine. However, your dns 
server might not yet have knowledge of the new ip address. Therefore you 
  might get messages like 'Cannot access /cvsroot/CVSROOT' and 'No such 
file or directory'. You simply have to wait until your dns server is up 
to date!
