[News] Separating astronomical and common code of Astro-WISE

Hi everyone,

In the near future (hopefully before the end of the year) we want to 
substantially change the directory structure of "opipe". The changes 
will separate "common" functionality (database, dataserver, DPU, math 
stuff, datetime, logging etc.) from the astronomical code (e.g. 
BiasFrame). These changes are necessary to better accommodate other 
(non-astronomical) projects within Astro-WISE and not to bother them 
with irrelevant (to them) code.

If you have made any changes to the code that should be committed to CVS 
then please do so. At some point in the process committing to CVS will 
be disabled to keep the history of the files correct.

More details will follow.
