[News] Astro-Wise database upgrade to Oracle 11g R2

Dear Astro-Wiser,

The OmegaCEN database software has successfully been upgraded to Oracle
version 11g R2. However, the upgrade of the databases is taking much longer
than anticipated. This means the OmegaCEN database and Astro-Wise
webservices are only available as an anonymous user.
At the current rate you should be able to use the OmegaCEN database with
your own Astro-Wise account before
