[News] New photometric reference catalog

Hi,

I've committed a new version (v14, and v13) of the standard star 
catalog. v14 will automatically be used from now on.

- v13 is the equivalent of v12, where Sloan DR7 is replaced by DR8, but 
it is immediately outdated by v14.
- v14 (the new default) is optimized for KIDS processing. Landolt and 
Stetson standards are removed. DR8 is used for all SA fields except SA98 
and SA110, where the AW2S (Secondary Standards) are used.

Note that there is a slight difference in the magnitudes, this is due to 
a new "uber"photometric determination in DR8, see this page:
