[News] EOL Python 3.5

Dear Astro-Wisers,

Since Python 3.5 has entered End Of Life state recently we have shifted the
python version for awe to version 3.9. Please start using this version, as
we will stop maintaining the python 3.5 installations starting June 21. The
dpu will NOT be able to run jobs started from python 3.5 after this date.
In case of problems please contact me.
