[News] Planned downtime 2022-11-08 - Finished

Dear Astro-Wiser,

We are pleased to report that the software upgrade of the Astro-Wise
database today was successful.
As usual, please report any anomalies.
Note that there will be a short downtime in the near future to finalize the
upgrade. If the estimated downtime will be more than one hour this will be
announced separately.
