[Issues] Groningen dataservers not available

Dear Astro-Wiser,

Due to issues with the underlying storage the Groningen dataservers are not
available.
The hardware provider is looking into the issues.
Note that the database and related services are available, but you will not
be able to download or store files on a Groningen dataserver.
An exact time for when the situation will be back to normal is unknown, but
it is said that it will not take more than a few days.
