[Issues] Groningen dataservers planned downtime on Monday, April 18th, 2016

Dear Astro-Wiser,

Please be reminded that the Groningen dataservers will not be available on

   Monday, April 18th, 2016

because the underlying filesystem will be reattached to the nearline
storage facilities.
The downtime will start at 09:00 and is expected to be finished before
17:00.

The webservices are likely to stay available and the database is assumed to
stay available in read-only mode, but the planned activities could involve
the shutting down of machines that host them.
