[Issues] Groningen Dataservers and Database

Dear Astro-Wiser,

Since Monday, April 18th, 2016, 15:00 the Groningen dataservers are online
again.

And since today, April 19th, 2016, 13:00 the Groningen database is in
read-write mode again.
Please use the 'normal' database name ds.astro.rug.astro-wise.org and
refrain from using
db-survival.astro.rug.astro-wise.org/db.astro.rug.astro-wise.org. The
database backup is still in progress so please don't exhaust yourself in
querying the database the next few days.
