[News] Name change of some frequently used DBRecipes

Dear Astro-Wiser,

Please note that a change of names of DBRecipes will take place this week.
The reason for this is to make the names more consistent with their use.
Currently, the names of the affected DBRecipes ScienceDither & ScienceStare
suggest that they reduce the data for the corresponding Observing Modes
Mode-Dither and Mode-Stare.

The changes are

   ScienceDither.py -> Reduce.py     # reduce raw science INcluding regridding
   ScienceStare.py  -> Science.py    # reduce raw science EXcluding regridding

The documentation will be updated accordingly.
You do not have to take any action as the updates will be marked as AWBASE.

Please inform your local users of this upcoming change.
