Dear All,

This is to announce the restructuring of part of the Astro-WISE
documentation, namely the online HOW-TOs, and to a large extent, the
General User and Development Manual (i.e., the Manual).

The online HOW-TOs (http://portal.astro-wise.org/ -> Howto's) have simply
been reorganized a bit and the Manual has been restructured in parallel.  
The major change to the Manual is that the HOW-TOs have been given their
own Part in the document, mirroring their online layout.  They have been 
organized into chapters and now provide a more intuitive structure, 
especially for the new user.

Please review the Manual (http://www.astro-wise.org/docs/Manual.pdf) and 
the online HOW-TOs at your convenience.  If there are any comments or 
suggestions, please reply to this thread on the _Issues_list_only_.  Thank
