[News] HOWTO for PSF Anisotropy available

Hi everyone,

This is to inform you of a HOWTO that describes how to get a plot of the 
PSF Anistropy (i.e. the variation of FWHM as a function of pixel 
position) in an image. It has existed for a while, but was never 
announced. The howto can be found in the visualization section of the 
howto's at our portal webpage, as well as in the Astro-Wise User and 
Development manual.
