[News] Use the AWBASE version of Astro-WISE

Hi everyone,

In order to provide a stable and tested Astro-WISE environment, we 
maintain a version of the code tagged as AWBASE.

When you simply type "awe" in your shell, and you do not have your own 
checkout of the Astro-WISE code, the AWBASE version is what you should 
get. This is indicated by this line, printed when AWE starts:

|       You are running the AWBASE version

If you do have the habit of using your own checkout, please note that we 
prefer that you use the AWBASE version instead of the latest CVS version.

You can update your checkout to the AWBASE version using the following 
command:

cvs -q update -r AWBASE -dP

Subsequent use of

cvs -q update

will keep updating to the AWBASE version, rather than the latest version 
("sticky tags"). Beware that using the -A option will reset sticky tags 
and therefore update (and from that point on continue to update) to the 
most recent version! Example:

cvs -q update -dPA
